The Litchfield Rescue Squad calendar sweepstakes winners this week include:
Martin Tjaden, Jackie McGhee and Mike Wieland – all of Litchfield, and Lisa Moms of Kimball. Each of them will receive $20 from the Litchfield Rescue Squad.
There’s also a $100 winner this week – Tony Clark of Grove City.
LILY JAHNKE has been selected as this weeks “Student of the Week” by Ashley Pingree of the English Department. Lily is a senior and the daughter of Meghan Jahnke of Litchfield. Lily is consistently engaged and attentive during class, adding thoughtful comments to classroom discussions and asking questions when needed. She works diligently on each assignment given to her and takes the time to edit her work, always adding personality and perfecting the final product. Lily finds a way to make a connection with anyone near her and keeps an optimistic attitude, even when times get tough. She keeps positive and brings joy to the classroom. Her hobbies and interests include welding, working and reading. Congratulations Lily on being chosen as this weeks Student of the Week!
