AURORA HAAS has been selected as this weeks “Student of the Week” by Jason Louwagie of the Science Department. Aurora is a sophomore and the daughter of Christina Haas of Litchfield. Aurora always has a positive attitude and treats all students and staff with kindness and respect. She gives 100% on every assignment and activity in Biology. Aurora is always willing to participate during class and help her classmates. She participates in Band. Her hobbies and activities include reading. MATTHIAS BRUNING has been selected as this weeks “Student of the Week” by Wyatt Quiring of the Social Studies Department. Matthias is a junior and the son of Troy and Rebecca Bruning of Litchfield. Matthias had an outstanding academic performance throughout the semester. He excelled in Geography achieving high grades and completing all assignments at a high level. Matthias shows up to first hour every day with a positive attitude that spreads to his peers. He demonstrates respect for his peers around him and his teachers. Matthias assists his classmates in situations where he understands the course content to help clarify any parts where they have confusion. Matthias participates in Basketball, Tennis, and FCA. His hobbies and interests include basketball, tennis, church and reading. Congratulations Matthias on being chosen as this weeks Student of the Week!
