Eden Vista Litchfield Purchases Housing Portion of Ecumen
Eden Vista Litchfield purchased the housing portion of Ecumen of Litchfield. The transaction was completed on August 1st.
Marketing Director Nicole Larson says the purchase included the assisted living portions of Emmaus Place and Bethany Memory Care and they are working on the independent living complex of Gloria Dei, but that is different due to HUD, and that is expected to be completed in October. She says Home Care and Hospice are still part of Ecumen and those services may move to a different office at some point, and there will no longer be Adult Day services.
Larson says she is still taking care of the housing marketing duties and is learning Eden Vista’s software. She says there will be a learning curve for everyone, but the staff is all the same; just the name has changed.
Larson says there is currently an apartment available in Memory Care and she has a 2-bedroom apartment available at Emmaus Place. She says if anyone would like more information, they may call her at 320-373-6370 or email her at nlarson@edenvistalitchfield.com.
