MC Fair Cash BINGO

Cash bingo will be held at the Meeker County Fairgrounds on Saturday, September 26th at 5 p.m. Doors will open at 3:30. The event is being organized to help raise funds for fairground maintenance.

Fair Board member Josh Carlson says they are always working on keeping up the fairgrounds and some recent projects included new asphalt on the streets and addressing some drainage issues. He says the top bingo prize will be $2,000 for the final blackout game.

Carlson says there will be 20 games and you can buy a packet of bingo sheets for $45. He says there will be cash prizes in varying amounts for the other 19 games.

Carlson says there will also be 50/50 raffles between games and food and beverages will be available for sale. He says you must be 18 and over to enter the 4H exhibit building to play bingo, and you can purchase tickets in advance at the Meeker County Extension Office or go to meekerfair.com. You can also get tickets at the door, but the event will max out at 224 seats.
