84-year-old ALICE PURTILO, 84, passed away peacefully at her home on January 8, 2025, with her family present.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 11 a.m. – with visitation one hour prior – at the Swanson Peterson Funeral Home in Howard Lake. A luncheon will follow at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Howard Lake.
Alice is survived by her husband – Duane Purtilo
Children – Diane & Patrick Cole and Graden & Rose Purtilo
Grandchildren – Tyler & Krystal Purtilo, Allison Cole, and William Cole
Great grandchildren – Easton and Tate Purtilo
Brothers – Alvin Hillstrom, Marvin & Verna Hillstrom and Daniel Hillstrom and by her beloved nieces and nephews.
