Virgil Laabs

80-year-old Virgil A. Laabs of Kandiyohi passed away on Thursday, January 8, at CentraCare Rice Memorial Hospital.
 
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 16, at Peterson Brothers Funeral Home in Willmar. 

Burial with Military Honors will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, January 20, at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Little Falls.
 
Virgil Laabs is survived by his wife – Joyce of Kandiyohi

Daughter – Denise (and Scott) Kingery of Sartell

Son-in-law – Dan Johnson of Andover

Grandchildren – Alex, Kolten, Mileigh and Tristen

Sisters – Darlene Anderson of Paynesville and Phyllis (and John) Rueckert of Sioux Falls, SD.

Brothers – Victor (and Rita) Laabs of Backus and David (and Barb) Laabs of Grove City, and by other relatives and many friends.
