WILBUR EDWARD LATHAM died peacefully at home on May 15, 2026, surrounded by the love and comfort of his family.

A Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, on Saturday, May 23, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Litchfield.

Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 PM on Friday, May 22, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Litchfield and one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday.

Wilbur is survived by his loving wife -Virginia

Children – Lorelei Latham, Brad (& Shelly) Latham, Melissa (& Troy) Granlund

Son-in-law – Kelly Hedtke

Seven grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren – Kaylahna “Samantha” (Kasey) Johnsrud and his children Kamrin (daughter Melody), Kyleah and Kandin; Bailee (Josh) Shoutz, and their children Emmersin, Easton, and Everett; RaeAnna (Jacob) Dehning and her children Hunter, Kendalynn, Jax, and Lincoln; Zacharee (Shelby) Hedtke and their children Saylor and Beckham; December (Casey) Twardy and their children Jayci, Kayli, and Brooks; Hannah (Brandon) Anders and their daughter Kylie; and Brandi (Cyler) Granlund and her daughter Alaia
