The Litchfield Rescue Squad calendar sweepstakes winners this week include:
Craig Bulau, Tim Erickson and David Meidal – all of Litchfield, Sam Swanson of Grove City and Colleen Lanners of Hector. Each of them will receive $20 from the Litchfield Rescue Squad.
The 2026 Litchfield Rescue Squad calendars are now available for sale for $20 each at Litchfield Building Center, KLFD, Miller Automotive, Ramsey Printing, Mid Country Bank and from any current Litchfield Rescue Squad member.
ADELINE NELSON has been selected as this weeks “Student of the Week” by Mrs. Nagel of the Math Department. Adeline is a freshman and the daughter of Jared and Laura Nelson. Adeline always comes to class with a positive attitude and is a joy to have in class! She uses her class time well and works hard to learn the math concepts. Adeline works well with others in the class and does a great job “arguing about math” with those at her table. This helps the math concepts stick! Adeline participates in Swimming and Golf. Her other hobbies and interests include reading, running, spending time with friends and family. Congratulations Adeline on being chosen as this weeks Student of the Week!

MORGAN RIEHLE has been selected as this weeks “Student of the Week” by Mr. Swenson. Morgan is a senior and the daughter of Louie Riehle and Chanda Kiecker of Litchfield. Morgan is an exceptionally positive student that brings great energy to the classroom and encourages other students when they are struggling with concepts. She is willing to try new things and approaches challenges with a positive attitude. Morgan is respectful and kind to everyone. Morgan participates in Volleyball. Her other hobbies and interests include attending sporting events, spending time with family and friends, traveling and shopping.
