LHS “Student of the Month”

JOANNA BAILEY has been selected as this weeks “Student of the Week” by Mrs. Michels of the Health Department. Joanna is a sophomore and the daughter of Josh and Crystal Bailey of Litchfield. Joanna has exemplified what it means to be a motivated and engaged learner this semester. She has taken initiative in exploring her future by actively participating in multiple job shadowing experiences, gaining insight into a variety of careers. Her curiosity and willingness to step outside of the classroom have helped her build valuable knowledge and confidence. Joanna asks thoughtful questions, demonstrates strong organizational skills and approaches every opportunity as a chance to grow. In addition to her academic efforts, Joanna has emerged as a student leader through her work with the Wellness Committee. She has played a key role in the development of a student wellness publication, contributing ideas and content that support the health and well-being of her peers. Joanna participates in FCA and Student Council. Her hobbies and interests include reading, lake days, babysitting and spending time with friends and family.
