LHS “Student of the Week”

EMMA DEFRIES has been selected as this weeks “Student of the Week” by Mrs. Larson of the English Department. Emma is a freshman and the daughter of Jackie and Ernie Defries of Litchfield. Emma has an insatiable love for reading and is always conversing about her current read. She is a diligent student who strives for excellence. Emma is an active participant in class discussions, she elevates our conversations. She volunteers to read parts in the plays and helps bring the characters to life. Emma participates in Swimming, Track and Field, Theatre, Choir, Band and Colorguard. Her hobbies and interests include reading, singing and crafts. Congratulations Emma on being chosen as this weeks Student of the Week!
