LHS “Student of the Week”

ARTURO CASTELLON has been selected as this weeks “Student of the Week” by Mrs. Michels of the Physical Education Department. Arturo is a freshman and the son of Cesar Arturo Castellon and Irma Medina of Litchfield. Arturo’s consistent effort is truly exceptional. Regardless of the unit or activity, he approaches every challenge with 100% intensity and a drive to improve. He doesn’t just meet the daily standards for physical education, he consistently exceeds them. He has a unique ability to work with any peer, often going out of his way to ensure every classmate feels included and engaged. He understands that true teamwork means lifting others up alongside himself. Arturo is a model of respect in my class. He demonstrates great maturity by effectively advocating for himself and his peers, always pairing his questions with a genuine desire to learn about strategy and technique, expanding both is and his classmates knowledge. His ability to communicate with both staff and students is a testament of his character. His hobbies and interest include helping his family with work at home. Congratulations Arturo on being chosen as this weeks Student of the Week!
