LHS “Students of the Month”

KALA ZIEGLER has been selected as this weeks “Student of the Week” by Mr. Damerow of the Science Department. Kala is a junior and the daughter of Joe Ziegler and Kristi Ziegler of Litchfield. Kala was chosen for this honor based upon her academic performance, her high level of participation in class, her willingness to help others and her overall sense of wonder and interest in the subject. Kala participates in Student Council Vice President, Cross Country, Track and Field, Choir-Dragoniares, National Honor Society and FCA. Her hobbies and other interests include reading, lake days, running, and plaing with her dogs. Congratulations Kala on being chosen as this weeks Student of the Week!

CARSON CERVIN has been selected as this weeks “Student of the Week” by Mr. Burgess of the Industrial Tech Department. Carson is a freshman and the son of Corey and Kris Cervin of Darwin. Carson was selected for this honor based upon his strong work ethic, his wealth of knowledge within the shop, his mindset and his willingness to help others. Carson participates in Trap Shooting and FFA. His hobbies and other interests include farm work, riding dirt bike, welding and fabricating and farming sweetcorn. Congratulations Carson on being chosen as this weeks Student of the Week!

COLIN JOHNSON has been selected as this weeks “Student of the Week” by Dr. Kelly Taylor of the Band/Percussion Class. Colin is sophomore and the son of Tim and Anne Johnson of Litchfield. Colin is a dedicated technician when it comes to percussion class. He shows leadership without being in a leadership position. Colin approaches all music and class activities with a positive attitude and desire for perfection. He constantly seeks to be the best while maintaining a humble attitude. Colin participates in Baseball and Band. His hobbies and interests include music, games, making maple syrup, hunting and cooking. Congratulations Colin on being chosen as this weeks Student of the Week!

TYLER GARDING has been selected as this weeks “Student of the Week” by Mr. Holcombe of the Academics Department. Tyler is a junior and the son of Brian and Ashley Garding of Kimball. Tyler was chosen for this honor based upon his work ethic while being polite and responsible in completing school work on time, his conscientious to do well in his classes and communicating in a very positive way in interactions. He is personable and welcoming when at his job. His hobbies and interests include fishing, hunting, mechanics, ATV trail riding, rock climbing with Jeeps or trucks, small engines and my job. Congratulations Tyler on being chosen as this weeks Student of the Week!
