LHS “Students of the Week” – February 13th
SAVANNAH TIEDT has been selected as one of this weeks “Students of the Week” by Bill Huhner of the Math Department. Savannah is a junior and the daughter of James Tiedt and Moria Albrecht of Litchfield. Savannah was selected for this honor based upon her dedication to her math homework and trying to understand the concepts. She goes the extra mile to correct problems on her homework and receive credit back for them. Savannah does exemplary work in her group discussing math tasks and helping her group understand how to find the solutions. Congratulations Savannah on being chosen as a Student of the Week!
CAMRYN IVERSON has also been selected as one of this weeks “Students of the Week” by Linda Heggedal-Gust of the Family & Consumer Science Department. Camryn is a senior and the daughter of Joshua Iverson and Jennifer Kraabel of Litchfield. Camryn has a heart for service learning and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others. She is enrolled in Youth Service where she has volunteered as a mentor in a middle school classroom assisting students with math, social studies, and science for which she has been highly commended by the classroom teachers, and the students for which she mentors. Camryn is a very conscientious student with a great work ethic. Her perceptive, positive and purposeful actions demonstrate her dedication in all her endeavors. Camryn participates in Hockey, Cross Country, Softball, Student Council, Letters of Love, and FCCLA. Congratulations Camryn on being chosen as a Student of the Week!
