2-Vehicle Crash

The Minnesota State Patrol responded to a 2-vehicle crash in Lake Henry Township on Thursday morning at 6:11.  It occurred on Highway 4 at 240^th Street.  A 2012 Chevy Silverado – driven by 21-year-old Tyler Michael Tougas of Avon – was westbound on County Road 32, and a 2004 Freightliner semi was southbound on Highway 4 when the vehicles collided.  The semi was driven by 44-year-old Troy Joseph Kruzel of Little Falls.  He was not injured.  Tougas received non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the Paynesville Hospital.  Also responding to the scene were the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office, Lake Henry Fire Dept. and Paynesville Ambulance.
