2-Vehicle Crash in Acoma Township

The Minnesota State Patrol responded to a 2-vehicle crash Monday afternoon at 4:55 on Highway 7 at mile post 127 in Acoma Township in McLeod County.  A 2012 Jeep Liberty, driven by 39-year-old Tracy Ann Busch of Litchfield, was westbound on Highway 7, lost control due to the icy roadway, and collided with a 2025 Peterbilt semi, driven by 55-year-old Chadwick Loren Chilson of West Concord, which was eastbound on Highway 7.  Chilson received life-threatening injuries and Busch received non-life-threatening injuries.  Both were taken to Regions Hospital.  Also responding to the scene were the McLeod County Sheriff’s Office and Hutchinson Fire Dept.
