Beno Blue Line Club Youth Hockey Fundraising Golf Tournament

The Beno Blue Line Club has its 14th annual youth hockey fundraising golf tournament this Saturday at the Litchfield Golf Course. The tournament will be followed by a silent auction.

Jeff Woods says many people have supported youth hockey in the community over the years and it’s not cheap for the families whose children are involved in hockey. He says proceeds from the golf tournament will be used in numerous ways such as helping with equipment costs.

Woods says they have many sponsors who help make the golf tournament possible. He says there’s still room for a couple of foursomes; and the silent auction, which is open to everyone and has several hockey-related items, will close at 5 p.m. The tournament check-in time is from 9-to-9:30 a.m. with a shotgun start at 10 a.m. For more details, call Chuck DeWolf at 320-212-2846 or Jeff Woods at KLFD at 693-3281.
