New Insurance Agent Opens Office At Thrivent

A new insurance agent has an office at Thrivent at 403 North Sibley Avenue in Litchfield. David Gebhardt started Keystone Insurance in 2024 and specializes in Medicare.

Gebhardt grew up around St. Cloud and now lives south of Kimball in Kingston Township. He says he works with several carriers and people can make appointments to meet with him Mondays through Fridays.

Gebhardt says MN Sure comes in handy to bridge the gap prior to Medicare coverage for people retiring before age 65. He says he also works with prescription carriers and branches into dental and vision coverages, and there’s the Freedom Blue plan for veterans, but it’s not yet available in Meeker County. Paul White of North Sibley Insurance says he works with Blue Cross insurance and branches into life, disability and long-term care insurance. He says he knew David from Thrivent in St. Cloud and as he moved closer to Litchfield, thought his Medicare expertise would be a great fit at the Thrivent office in Litchfield.

White says Medicare usually covers 80% of costs, but sometimes that remaining 20% can be expensive, so it’s recommended that people have supplemental coverage when they go on Medicare. He says he can be reached at 593-2846 for more information.
