Ecumen of Litchfield Busy with Summer Events
The staff of Ecumen of Litchfield was busy over the Watercade weekend with a couple of events. Ecumen helped to sponsor music in Central Park Thursday evening, along with the Knights of Columbus, and there was also an Ecumen booth at Art in the Park on Saturday.
Senior Housing Consultant Nicole Larson says there are no openings right now at Bethany and Emmaus Place, but people can get their names on a waiting list and she can give tours of the facilities at Ecumen. Give her a call at 320-373-6370. She says Hope has some openings at Gloria Dei independent living and her number is 320-373-6614.
Larson says Ecumen has adult day services and anyone interested in that may call Dawn Doty at 320-373-6627. She says you can just try it for part of a day, free of charge, to see if it’s something that will work for you.
Larson says Ecumen will be involved in Senior Day at the Meeker County Fair on August 2nd. She says they will also have a booth in one of the commercial buildings during the fair as part of Meeker-McLeod Service Providers.
Brittany Schutz says the Meeker-McLeod Service Providers are planning an event at the McLeod County Fairgrounds on October 8th and more details will be coming out as it gets closer. She says Ecumen Home Care and Hospice continue to provide services to people within a 50-mile radius of Litchfield.
Schutz says if anyone would like more information about Home Care and Hospice with Ecumen of Litchfield, they may call 693-7367.
