A couple of events are coming up next week at the Litchfield Opera House. There’s a chili lunch on Veteran’s Day and then the annual Craft and Bake Sale on November 14th.
Connie Lies says the Ladies of the Grand Army of the Republic will be serving several kinds of chili on November 11th from 11-to-1 at the Litchfield Opera House. She says the cost is $10 per person, but veterans will eat for free.
Lies says the 15th annual Craft Fair and Bake Sale will be on November 14th from 9-to-3 at the Litchfield Opera House and 23 vendors are signed up so far with all kinds of great things to sell.
Lies says the bake sale will include apple pies and crisps, artisan breads, cookies and more. She says proceeds from the bake sale help with on-going improvements at the Opera House. She says if anyone would like more information or if you want to pre-order a pie, call 320-221-6679.
