One-Vehicle Crash in Forest City Township

The Minnesota State Patrol responded to a one-vehicle crash on Highway 24 in Forest City Township on Saturday morning at 7:14. The accident occurred at milepost 4.
A 2014 Ford Focus, driven by 23-year-old Carson Daniel Bruce Halvorson of Litchfield, was traveling southbound on Highway 24, left the roadway and crashed. Halvorson was taken to Meeker Memorial Hospital in Litchfield with non-life-threatening injuries. Also responding to the scene were the Meeker County Sheriff’s Office and Mayo Ambulance.
