Spring Fling Tickets Available

The Litchfield Rotary Club has its Spring Fling on Monday, April 7th, at the Litchfield Eagles Club. It begins with social time at 7 and dinner at 7:30 during the final game of the NCAA basketball tournament.

Tom Zens says if you purchase your $50 ticket in advance, it helps the Eagles Club plan on the amount of food to prepare, and your $50 ticket includes a 2-meat buffet and drinks through half time. He says you can still purchase a $50 ticket even if you will not be there to support the Rotary Club which will still qualify you for the drawing of cash prizes which include first prize of $500, second prize of $200, third prize of $100 and four $50 prizes.

Zens says there are also raffle items and a live auction during half time. He says the Litchfield Rotary Club meets every Tuesday at 7 a.m. for breakfast at the Rescue Hall and new members are welcome to join.

Tim Swenson says the Spring Fling helps the Rotary Club raise funds for the many projects that it supports. He says they have their beds-for-kids project and spearheaded the building of the splash pad, just to name a couple.

Swenson says you can purchase tickets at the door on April 7th at the Litchfield Eagles Club, but again, if you purchase them in advance, it helps for planning the amount of food to prepare. $50 tickets are available from any Litchfield Rotary Club member.
