Vehicle Accident with Injuries in Green Lake Township

On April 8, 2025, at approximately 8:49 p.m., the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office was alerted to a motor vehicle crash with injuries near the intersection of County Road 8 NE and 45th Ave NE. Deputies arriving on the scene found a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox that had veered off the roadway and into the east ditch. The driver, 18-year-old Landrie Miller of Kerkhoven, had struck a deer while traveling northbound on County Road 8. As she attempted to exit the vehicle, Miller was briefly dragged with the vehicle. Miller was transported by Life Link III for treatment of her injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
