Voluntary Water Conservation

The City of Litchfield’s water treatment plant has a filter cell that is being
upgraded with new media and is expected to be back online in the next two
weeks. The three operating filters are experiencing very high water
consumption due to the current heat wave. We are asking residents, businesses,
and industry to voluntarily conserve water for the next couple weeks while the
filter is down. Please limit all non-essential water use.
