Windmill Days

Grove City will be celebrating Windmill Days on Friday and Saturday. There will be city-wide garage sales each day, a lunch at Grove Bank Friday from 11-to-1, bingo at Trinity Lutheran Church Friday evening at 7, and then lots of events on Saturday, ending with a parade at 6:30.

There will be food trucks and vendors in Windmill Park Saturday from 9-to-4, a medallion hunt – with clues posted at City Hall – at 9 a.m., a pickle ball tournament on Maple Lane at 9 a.m., pony rides from 10-to-2, a car show at MN Beer from 10-to-2, music in the park featuring the Jolly Ramblers from 10:45-to-12:45, games for teens and adults from 11-to-1, a bean bag tournament at 1 p.m., children’s games at the Community Center from 2-to-4 p.m., music in the park by Swenoda from 2-to-5, and the museum will be open from 1-to-4 p.m.

Windmill Days will conclude Saturday with a parade down 2nd Street South at 6:30 p.m., followed by fire truck rides for kids and a drawing for bicycles.
