77-year-old EUGENE “GENE” NICHOLAS BISCHOF passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at his residence.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 A.M. on Friday, October 16, 2026 at Assumption Catholic Church in Eden Valley.
Visitation will be 4-to-7 p.m. on Thursday, and one hour before the service – all at the church.
Burial will be at Assumption Catholic Cemetery in Eden Valley.
Gene is survived by his wife of 54 years – Donna
Children – Travis & Susan Bischof of New Richmond, WI, Jason & Hayley Bischof of Bridge City, TX, Jeremy & Keri Bischof of Litchfield, and Melissa (& Eric) Sonsalla of Litchfield
11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren
Brothers – Francis, Jerry, Larry and Greg
Sisters – Marietta Vossen, Mary Lou Bischof, Jeanette Becker, Linda Euerle, and Delores Stommes, and by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Eden Valley Fire and Rescue Department.
