101-year-old MAYMIE ECKER passed away on Thursday, February 6th at the Hilltop Care Center in Watkins.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 15, at 11 a.m. at Zion United Methodist Church of South Haven, with visitation one hour before the service.
Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Maymie is survived by her nieces and nephews – Karen Monaghan, Richard & Dory Ecker, Bonnie & Jim Kirchhofer, Nancy Weir, Carol & Connie Leppa-Miller, Larry Leppa, David Ecker, Bill & Elaine Ecker, Steve & Sue Ecker, Dianne & Craig Smith, Laurie & Bill Welz and Kathy Ecker; many great-nieces, great-nephews, friends, and the students that she taught over the years.
