A Celebration of Life for 68-year-old TROY MAGNUSON will be held on Saturday, March 8th from 2-to-5 pm at the Superior Elks Lodge.

A graveside service will be held in May at Greenwood Cemetery.

Troy Magnuson passed away on Monday, January 13th.

Troy is survived by his son, Rob and Lisa DiMauro and their children Chris, Jake and Andrew of Fort St. Lucie, FL; daughter, Trish Blanco and her children Angelo and Lorenzo of Land O’ Lakes, FL; his wife, Colleen; son, Rob and Danielle Lahr and their children Tim, Austin, Cassie, Kaelyn, and Lauren of Superior; son, Christopher and Carrie Lahr, and their children Callisto and Eros of Superior; daughter, Amber and Milo Hartley and their children Mac, Myles, Malek and Matai of Solon Springs, WI; daughter, Tiff and Jo Lahr-Moore and all their four-legged “Kids” too numerous to name.

Brothers – Tagg and Mamie Magnuson of Litchfield and their children Kelsie and Kara; Thad and Stacie Magnuson and their children Kaitlyn, Mikayla and Jenna of Longview, TX

83-year-old DENNIS (DENNY) MICHAEL BENFIELD of Litchfield passed away on January 30, 2025 surrounded by family.

A memorial mass will be held on Friday, February 14, at 11 A.M. at the Church of St. Philip in Litchfield with visitation one hour prior.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 13, from 4:30-to-7:30 P.M., with a prayer service at 6:45 P.M. followed by the Rosary, at Johnson-Hagglund Funeral Home in Litchfield.

Burial will be at a later date.

Dennis is survived by his loving wife of 61 years – Joanne Benfield

Children – Kari (Peter) Hanson, Mike Benfield, Jennifer (Ryan) Ware, Donna (Brian) Fehrenbach, and Daniel Benfield

A celebration of life for LORI PANKRATZ will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 15^th at Cornerstone Church in Litchfield.  

Visitation will be at the church on Friday, February 14^th from 4-to-7 p.m., and one hour before the service.  

A reception will follow the service at the church.

74-year-old MICHAEL GEORGE LOCH of Litchfield passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2025.

A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, January 31, 2025 at Johnson-Hagglund Funeral Home. Family will greet friends from 5-to-7 p.m. on Friday prior to the service at the funeral home.

Michael will be laid to rest at Lake Ripley Cemetery at a later date.

Michael is survived by his 3 daughters – Mary (Charles Jr.) Morrison, Angela Loch, and Sara Loch

ALVEN W. BEDNAR passed away on January 26, 2025 at the St. Cloud Hospital from a short battle 
of gallbladder cancer at the age of 73.  

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date per Al’s wishes.  

Al is survived by his wife – Shirley (Loch) Bednar; children – Anita (Neil) Branstad, Alishia 
Bednar, Alan (Allison) Bednar; his fur baby – Bowzer; and fur grandbaby – Midas

Arrangements are with the Benson Funeral Home of St. Cloud.

90-year-old KATHLEEN MARIE TIPKA (LOCH) of Litchfield passed away on Sunday, January 26th.

Mass will be held on Friday, January 31st, at 10:30 a.m. at the Church of St. Philip in Litchfield.

Family members will greet friends on Thursday from 5-to-7 p.m. at Johnson-Hagglund Funeral Home, with a prayer service at 7 p.m., and one hour before the mass.
