90-year-old BEATRICE “BEA” DEVEREAUX of Litchfield passed away at Lakeside Generations Nursing Home in Dassel on Thursday, August 8, 2024.

A funeral service for Bea will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at 2 P.M. at Zion Lutheran Church in Litchfield.

Visitation will be held from 4-to-7 P.M. on Monday, August 12, at the church and will continue 1 hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. 

Bea is survived by her two sons – Mark and wife Susan of Hutchinson and Michael
of Litchfield

Sister-in law – Jan of Lawrence, Kansas, and by many nieces and nephews.

76-year-old LARRY HOFFMANN, husband of Karen Hoffmann, of Litchfield, passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2024.

A memorial service for Larry will be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at the Church of St. Philip in Litchfield at 11 A.M.

Visitation will be held from 4-to-7 P.M. at Johnson-Hagglund Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 and will continue 1 hour prior to the service at the church. 

Larry is survived by his beloved wife of 44 years – Karen

86-year-old JUDITH LEE HANSON “JUDY” GABRIELSON passed away on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, in Litchfield.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, August 17th, at Zion Lutheran Church in Litchfield. Visitation starts at 10 a.m., and will be followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. There will be a reception immediately following the service.

Judy is survived by her children – Jill Gabrielson of Litchfield, Kurt Gabrielson (& Ned Walley) of Silverthorne, CO, and Kim Jonas (& Scott) of Hudson, WI

100-year-old DOROTHY “DOTTIE” MADSEN of Litchfield passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at her home in Litchfield.

A memorial service will be held at First Presbyterian church in Litchfield on Thursday, August 8th 2024 at 2 p.m.  Visitation will be one hour before the service. 

Burial will be at Fort Snelling Cemetery at a later date.

Dottie is survived by her daughter – Amy Sullivan and son-in-law (Kevin Sullivan)

Son – Bob Madsen and daughter-in-law (Linda Madsen), cousins, and several nieces and nephews.

88-year-old SODONA NELSON PEARSON of Shakopee passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at St. Gertrudes Health and Rehabilitation Center in Shakopee.  

A memorial service will be held at the Totzke Funeral Home in Slayton on Friday, August 9, 2024, at 12:30 p.m. with visitation from 11:00 a.m. to time of the service. 

Burial will be at Slayton Memorial Gardens.
