78-year-old PHYLLIS A. ROLF of Atwater passed away on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at her home in Atwater.

A celebration of life for Phyllis will be held at Johnson-Hagglund Funeral and Cremation Service in Litchfield on Monday, October 7, 2024 from 1-to-4 p.m.

She is survived by her husband – Jim Rolf

Children – Sheila (Rolf) Pollmann and David; Mary (Rolf) Byland and David

Grandchildren – Christopher (Tami) Pollmann, Rachel (Pollmann) and Curt Ramthun, Eric Pollmann; Korina and Ariyana Byland, Justin (Michala) Byland, James (Nikki) Byland, Jeramie Byland

ARNOLD EDGAR ANDERSON passed away on January 27^th at his residence in Litchfield.

A memorial service will be held at St. Philip’s Catholic Church on October 13th at 2 pm.

86-year-old CAROL HUHNER of Litchfield passed away at the Meeker Manor Rehabilitation Center in Litchfield on September 27^th.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, October 5^th at the Church of St. Philip in Litchfield. Visitation will be held from 11 am until the 1 pm service at the church.

Burial will be in the St. Philip’s Catholic Cemetery.

Carol is survived by her sons – William Huhner and David and Angie Huhner, all of Litchfield

Grandchildren – Macy and Nick Kaml, Laney Huhner and friend Logan, and Creighton Huhner

Brother – Gordon Haselberger

Nephew – Mark Griffin

77-year-old LORRAINE A. MATHESON of rural Litchfield passed away on Thursday, September 26th at the St. Cloud Hospital.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 5th at 11 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Brookfield Township of rural Hector.

Visitation will be on Friday, October 4th from 5-to-7 p.m. at the Hughes-Hantge Funeral Chapel in Hector, and will continue one hour before the service at the church.

Private burial will be held at a later date in the church cemetery.

79-year-old RONALD “RON” OTTO MEIERHOFER of Watkins passed away on Saturday September 21, 2024.  

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 A.M. on Friday, September 27, 2024 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Watkins.  

Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4-to-8 P.M. with parish prayers at 7:45 P.M. followed by the rosary at the parish hall and will continue 1 hour prior to the service.

Burial will be held at St. Anthony’s Catholic Cemetery following the service.

Ron is survived by his wife – Diane of 58 years

Children – Lynn (Bob) Lange of Watkins, Leah Schwegel of Watkins, Lisa Peterson (Dan Bauer) of Annandale, Cory (Kelly) Meierhofer of Watkins, and Michael (Gina) Meierhofer of Watkins

21 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild

85-year-old ROBERT “BOB” C. PETERS of Watkins passed away on Friday August 23, 2024 at the St. Cloud Veterans Medical Center.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 A.M. on Monday September 30, 2024 at the Church of St. Anthony in Watkins. Visitation will be held from 4-to-7 P.M. on Sunday September 29, 2024 at the church. Visitation will also be held one hour prior to the service.
